| TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS Our activities in our new autonomous division are based on our existing component production. We are proud that, in addition to the bottle forming tools we produce, we design and manufacture the majority of the metalworking parts for our bottle blowing machines in our own state-of-the-art metalworking shop. In addition to maintaining the previous main profiles, new metalworking machines - laser cutting, edge bending, rolling and industrial welding robots designed for the production of large series of economical welded steel products - were purchased to manufacture new products and to meet the demand for higher quality. Cutting and machining of sheet materials With our state-of-the-art, CNC-controlled equipment, we are able to machine sheet materials up to 18-20 mm thick for carbon steel and 8-12 mm thick for stainless steel or aluminium. Manufacture of welded structures We are capable of manufacturing and machining welded structures and workstations of any size and complexity that can be produced in a workshop environment.. Machine cutting We can manufacture a wide range of parts in our turning shop. In addition to our conventional universal lathes, we also have CNC lathes with thread feeders and 3-axis and 5-axis machining centres to ensure parts of the right quality and accurate dimensions.
