| WE GUARANTEE THE BEST QUALITY With our customers' needs in mind, our design engineers design bottle forming tools for bottles ranging from 40 ml to 12 l, cylindrical or square, and even custom shaped bottles. Our company places great emphasis on the design and manufacture of bottle forming (blow moulding) tools, as a well-made tool is a guarantee that a bottle for any application will attract the attention of customers and be suitable for the safe and durable storage of liquids. The metalworking process produces the tool that, thanks to its "negative" shape, gives the final shape of the bottle. The mould production process requires specially machined surfaces and precise dimensions, which requires skilled workers and high-precision machining centres. We are proud to be able to use our own design and manufacturing experience and know-how from the past years to make our tools as simple as possible and with the lowest possible energy consumption. To this end, we use machining and cooling technologies developed in-house. We are able to produce bottle forming tools for any other type of bottle blowing machine - KRONES, KOSME, SIPA, SIDEL, etc., whether linear or with a carousel design.
