Purpose of the development: We have more than 17 years of experience in bottle blowing machinery and 28 years of experience in bottle manufacturing. Based on our experience, continuous product innovation is essential based on customer feedback and market trends.
One of the current innovative developments in our PE UNI range of machines is a faster running machine to achieve a more uniform bottle wall thickness. The uniform wall thickness allows for better quality bottle blowing with less material consumption and of course cheaper product production. The frame and outer casing of the developed machines have so far been painted off-site. With the purchase of a VANEX SPR-103 paint-slurry-drying booth as part of the project, we can bring the work in-house.
The calibrator (universal gauge) is used to make the machining of the different parts of the machine more accurate, as it allows the milling machine to automatically take up the dimensionally accurate positions and then carry out further machining.
The innovative unique fusion feature of the LORCH S5 Speed Pulse XT welder allows for strong and aesthetic welds. The high speed operation makes better use of the parts and their seams. This is why it is necessary to purchase a welding machine that can provide the right weld.
